Yancey Water Supply Corporation offers a wide variety of payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

 Before hitting the BLUE button below, read the following in how to register your account.

Complete the following:

  1. Select Consumer Registration (tab) to start the process.
  2. You will be prompted to enter new account number and full name (exactly as on your bill and all in CAPS).
  3. Enter your email address as your user name and a new password .
  4. Make sure name is entered in CAPS.

You can set up for automatic draft from your checking account or credit/debit card. Go to PAY BILL TAB under the menu screen. You will have to make a one time payment to save for future auto draft. This will draft on the 5th of the month.

You can also set up ACH payments to avoid ALL processing fees (drafted on the 12th of the month) by clicking AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT under the menu screen. 

If you only have one location associated to your account, there is no need to select specific location when setting up ACH.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 


Automatic Bank Draft

With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is NO set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment.To set up simply log into your account and set it up under Automatic Bank Draft.


Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept check, or money orders. 


Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
