To Register for our new Billing System
We have a new billing system. To register use the new account number on your bill or call the office (830)741-5264 for assistance. Before hitting the BLUE button read the 5 steps that need to be followed, then click the button below (BLUE) it will then take you to the registration tab. With the new system you will be able to see more information about your account.
Complete the following:
- Select Consumer Register (tab) to start the process.
- You will be prompted to enter new account number and full name (exactly as on your bill and all in CAPS)
- Enter your email address as your user name and a new password .
- Make sure name is entered in CAPS
- You can also set up ACH payments to avoid ALL processing fees. ( Drafted on the 12th of the month )
Auto Draft thru PSN (Processing Fee Will Apply)
If you still wish to use the Payment Services Network Online bill payment please be aware that there is now a processing fee for using this service. We accept credit and debit cards. Click the RED Autodraft Setup tab below and you will be redirected to our secure bill payment portal powered by Payment Services Network.
Payment can be made through this website. Fees are as follows for AutoDraft thru PSN : E-Check $1.00 , Live PSN rep $2.95
Credit Card payments : Online $2.99, Live PSN $ 4.94
Please be aware that paying by credit card /check either with Payment Services Network or over the phone there will be a convenience fee applied.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is NO set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment.To set up simply log into your account and set it up under Automatic Bank Draft .
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept check, or money orders.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
