Payment Online

If you still wish to use the Payment Services Network Online bill payment please be aware that there is now a convenience fee for using this service. We accept credit and debit cards. Click the RED Autodraft Setup tab below and you will be redirected to our secure bill payment portal powered by Payment Services Network.

Payment can be made through this website or you can contact us by phone (830) 741-5264. In order to make payment online through the processing service you will need to first register your account. You will need the complete 6 digit account number and the last name reflected on the account in order to locate. You will have several payment options available. If you need of assistance please contact the office

Autodraft Setup

Complete the following:

  1. Select Consumer Register (tab) to start the process.
  2. You will be prompted to enter account number and last name (exactly as on your bill ).
  3. Enter your email address and new password information
  4. Make sure everything is done in CAPS.

Please be aware that paying by credit card /check either with Payment Services Network or over the phone there will be a convenience fee applied.


Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. 


Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is NO set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply call the office and we can set you up. 


Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept check, or money orders. 


Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
